In response to the need of the more than 400 homeless student who receive support from our regional school systems, the coalition is asking the public to assist in providing new or slightly used school uniforms.
This year’s collection as expanded to help support young children in our local Head Start Programs as well.
If you have clothing from 6 month to 12th Grade, we will accept them. All material will be distributed by the school programs only.

We have seen an increase in Veteran Homelessness in our region, which has increased our need to provide Emergency support.

We are a group comprised of individuals representing organizations from Liberty and Long County. Along with individual Volunteers from our communities whose common goal is to assist individuals and families during times of hardship. We aim to be a resource for families and individuals that need assistance. We are here to help empower and promote the welfare of those in need.
We help with Rental and Utility assistance through the Coalition's member agencies. All funding is provided directly to the provider and not the client.
The Coalition participate in and sponsor special events through out the year to help educate and inform the public on the issue of homelessness and poverty.
